When you decide to retire and are considering a retirement community, you have many options for where you live, the health care you receive, and the services you rely on every day. If a sense of community and family is on your wish list, you can’t do better than Trinity Oaks. A beautiful sense of camaraderie exists between residents and staff members at Trinity Oaks. It’s a place where people not only know your name, but the name of your children, grandchildren, and your dog! Every person here, resident or staff, is part of the Trinity Oaks family. We care about each other, and it shows.

Our History
Trinity Oaks Retirement Community in historic Salisbury, N.C., opened in 1993. With Lutheran Home at Trinity Oaks, the campus became the ministry’s first continuing care retirement community. The Trinity Oaks apartments opened in 1993 and the cottage community was built from 1998 until 2004. Trinity Oaks added its secured memory care program, the Virginia Casey Center, in 2007. One year later, we expanded our common, dining and wellness areas. Trinity Oaks has forged a history of offering its residents high quality and outstanding service, along with continual and on-going upgrades and renovations.
