The 11th Annual Trinity Senior Services of Rowan Golf Tournament will be held at The Revival at The Crescent, 220 Laurel Valley Way, Salisbury, NC, on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 1:00 pm.
Preceeds will benefit the Changing Spaces campaign, which will help fund the expansion and the enhancement of Trinity Oaks’ assisted living by relocating 13 assisted living rooms from Trinity Oaks health & rehab to Trinity Oaks independent living, adding five new assisted living rooms, and creating additional assisted living common space. At Trinity Oaks health and rehab, improvements will include more private resident rooms and other renovations to create a more homelike feel.
Participants must be in place by 12:45 pm. Enter as an individual or team of four. Prizes for Closest to the Pin & Longest Drive. Mulligans & Tee Busters sold on site. Lunch and Beverages will be served.
