Trinity Oaks is happy to announce that they have again earned their SAGECare Platinum credentialing for 2023. Our staff completes many hours of cultural competency training to achieve this level of certification. “Empowered by Christ, we walk together with all we serve.”
SAGECare is a division of SAGE the country’s oldest and largest non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of LGBT older adults. SAGECare provides LGBT competency training and consulting on LGBT aging issues to service providers.
Trinity Oaks, an affiliate of Lutheran Services Carolinas, is a continuing care retirement community located in historic Salisbury, NC. We are proud to offer active senior living residences and a continuum of care with our assisted living, home health and skilled nursing services.
